Does BlogRush Violate The Google AdSense Terms Of Service?

Most of you are aware of Google Strict TOS so I think its important to highlight this issue, Excerpt from BlogRush FAQs.

[..] Google TOS is against traffic generation services that "artificially inflate page impressions" which BlogRush does not do. The only traffic BlogRush sends to your blog is natural, REAL traffic when an interested visitor clicks on one of your blog title links they noticed on another related blog. [..]

Referral and Syndication Credits

[..] Syndication credits are earned based on the following formula: You earn credits on your own traffic using a 1:1 ratio. (One credit for each time the widget is served.) You then earn credits based on your referrals traffic (and their referrals traffic) through 10 generations of referrals based on the following ratios: 1st and 2nd generation (i.e. your direct referrals and their direct referrals) 1:1, 3rd - 6th generation = 1:4 ratio, 7th - 10th generation = 1:8 ratio. After all the math is calculated, there is a surplus of 1 headline space (5 spaces in each widget load) for every 10 that are served. So 10% of all the headline space is reserved for BlogRush itself to sell or use. [..]

Extra load

You don’t need to be a math whiz to figure this out, adding BlogRush widget will increase the loads in your blog. If you have too many stuff in your frontpage its recommended to install BlogRush Widgets while on page view only. Here’s some snippet on how you can get your Widget on single view page in WordPress. I assume you already knew you way around Wordpress Dashboard and have some basic PHP knowledge.

is_single( postid = false )
Wrap your BlogRush widget with the below php conditional statements
To set it Viewable on all single page add.

<?php if ( is_single() ): ?>
<div id="blog_rush_widgets">

BlogRush code here

</div>

<?php endif; ?>

Make it viewable on specific page (base on unique postid no ) .

<?php if ( is_single(26) ) : ?>

<div id="blog_rush_widgets">

BlogRush code here

</div>

<?php endif; ?>

Summary

BlogRush services is a great way to get your blog more exposure while building relevant contents for your PageRank. You can maximize your readers and network without having to do it manually . What I like most of their services is their content matching (my post filter) and keywords filter (widget filters). With good fine tune you can get 80% accuracy for related contents with the widgets.

The only downside that I can see, is their credits & referral systems. From my past experience this kind of programs will get abuse sooner or later. But IMHO Its better if they just hide the points and credits features it will give more weight to their content ratings systems.

Before somebody sell your print at flickr, Its better if you do something about it report abuse.

Flickr

There is nice search form at the front page. Enter “Animepaper” in the search form.

There is no math involved in this process. We are looking for the best keywords to search the gallery. Below is the results from the single keywords.
